ITX Acquires Philadelphia-Based SUMO Heavy to Deepen Expertise in eCommerce and Digital Transactions.

New York-based custom software development firm ITX Corp has acquired Pennsylvania-based customised ecommerce solutions provider SUMO Heavy to deepen ITX's existing eCommerce knowledge and complements their other specialisations in healthcare and financial services, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
SUMO Heavy emphasises a process-focussed approach to successfully deliver scalable enterprise and eCommerce solutions. These include custom software products and integrations that drive growth and increase profitability.
The addition of SUMO Heavy points to ITX's ongoing commitment to growth both organically and through acquisition.
