US-based reproductive technologies, in-vitro fertilization, and third-party reproduction specialist Ivy Fertility, a which is backed by private equity firm InTandem Capital Partners, has acquired Seattle, Washington fertility provider group Pacific NW Fertility and IVF Specialists, the company said.

PNWF is a reproductive center. Since 2005, PNWF has been in all aspects of fertility care including creating and growing Simplify, its own donor egg bank.
