A survey by US-based consumer research firm, JD Power, has suggested that customers are not happy with digital card services.

The survey showed that satisfaction in digital channels has dropped, despite the use of such channels having increased. The company tracked overall customer satisfaction with banking and credit card providers' digital channels.
