US-based recycling and waste management company Keter Environmental Services has acquired Atlanta, US-based waste management and recycling solutions firm M-PASS Environmental, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2006, M-PASS has grown from a waste and recycling cost reduction consulting company to a turn-key waste and recycling solutions company that provides comprehensive waste management and recycling services to businesses in Georgia and across the United States.

M-PASS serves customers across a number of industries including industrials and manufacturing, distribution, food and restaurants, multi-family housing, education, and beyond.

Keter is the largest provider of recycling and waste services to the real estate investment trust industry and has steadily built a growing presence across several industrial end markets, including food processing, medical device manufacturing, auto assembly, and engineered components.
