Korrus Acquires Circadian Zirclight to Enhance Position in Healthy Lights Technology.

Los Angeles-based human light interaction technology company Korrus has acquired Massachusetts-based intelligent light technology Circadian ZircLight, Inc. to continue investments in healthy light technology, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Korrus technologies enable an ecosystem of novel light-based products and applications at the heart of human health and wellbeing. With the addition of Circadian ZircLight, Korrus reinforces its mission to innovate and lead in the space.
