Leidos to Acquire Cobham Aviation Australia's Special Mission Business to Expand Services in Australia.

Virginia, US-based science and technology company Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has entered into a definitive agreement with UK-based technology and services provider Cobham Ltd. to acquire Cobham Aviation Services Australia's Special Mission business, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
The Special Mission business provides airborne border surveillance and search and rescue services to the Australian Federal government.
