LICT to Acquire Manti Telephone and Sister Companies.

Utah, US-based communications provider CentraCom, a subsidiary of US-based LICT Corp. (OTC: LICT) has agreed to acquire US-based Manti Telephone company and its sister companies, Manti Tele Communications company, and AFConnect in a transaction scheduled to close on October 31, 2023, the company said.

CentraCom provides broadband data, video, and voice communications to over sixty cities throughout rural Utah.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Manti Telephone company has provided communication services in Manti and Sterling, Utah, for over a century, and expanded into Ephraim, Utah in the 1990s.
