Lineage Acquires 8 Facilities from of Burris Logistics to Strengthen Network in Eastern and Midwestern US.

US-based temperature-controlled industrial REIT Lineage Logistics has acquired warehousing and e-commerce assets from US-based temperature-controlled food distribution company Burris Logistics to strengthen network across the Eastern and Midwestern US, the company said.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The addition of eight cold storage facilities to Lineage's warehousing network will provide nearly 1.3m square feet of capacity and approximately 115,000 pallet positions across facilities in Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, Delaware, Wisconsin and Maryland.
