Link Reservations to Acquire Global Enterprises and Logistics in Share Exchange Agreement.

UK-based development stage company Link Reservations Inc. (OTC: LRSV) has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Florida-based refrigerated trucking and individualised logistics provider Global Enterprises and Logistics, Inc. to acquire control of its company shares by way of a contemplated Share Exchange Agreement (SEA), the company said.
Terms of the LOI are currently in discussion. If and when the aforementioned SEA is finalised, the contemplated transaction could potentially generate revenues on average of USD 10,000,000 annually.
