Lumos Selected by TDI as Broadband Partner for Borderless Classroom Pilot.

Fiber optic internet Lumos has been selected by Technology & Data Institute's (TDI) broadband partner for the Borderless Classroom Pilot in Guilford County Schools, the company said.
The public-private partnership will bring fiber internet access to roughly 1,000 households this school year for a seamless and safe online learning experience, with the potential for greater expansion.
TDI awarded Lumos the opportunity to provide the pilot services to students. The programme secured funding through two grants, totaling approximately USD 3.5m, and will provide high-speed internet service to certain student households for three school years.
