Marquee Security Acquires Mexico-City based EAS Systems.

18 October 2018 - US-based security solutions provider Marquee Security has acquired the assets of EAS Systems, the company said.

EAS Systems is in the distribution and implementation of loss prevention systems. The company offers design, installation, service and project management to commercial and retail chains.

This acquisition serves to broaden Marquee security's service portfolio utilising the Mexico headquarters that services Mexico along with a Costa Rican headquarters that services Central and South America.

The acquisition of EAS adds region-specific staffing, nearly 100 new employees, 12 years of industry experience and know-how in the Latin, Central and South America and significant commercial experience, among other benefits.

Headquartered in the US, Marquee Security will expand its footprint to include 10 physical locations servicing over 16 markets. Marquee Security offers vast industry experience that is supported by region-specific staffing and proficiencies.
