Mednow to Acquire Liver Care Canada and London Pharmacare to Increase Pharmacy Services.

Canada-based healthcare technology company Mednow Inc. (TSX Venture: MNOW) has entered into two non-arm's length party transactions to acquire liver disease treatment network Liver Care Canada Inc. and UK pharmacy services provider London Pharmacare Inc.
Meadow will acquire Liver Care for an initial cash payment in the amount of CDN 65,000 (USD 50,360) and two subsequent earn-out payments in the amount of 0.1x of the revenue generated by Liver Care Canada in each of its 2022 and 2023 financial years.
Meadow will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of London Pharmacare for an initial cash payment of CDN 585,000 (USD 453,260) and two subsequent earn-out payments in the amount of 0.1x of the revenue generated by London Pharmacare in each of its 2022 and 2023 financial years.
