Mercer Advisors Acquires Kingfisher Capital to Expand Footprint in Southern US.

US-based registered investment adviser Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. has acquired North Carolina-based wealth management firm Kingfisher Capital, LLC (KC) to expand footprint in the southern US, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
KC serves approximately 210 clients with assets under management (AUM) of approximately USD630 m.
KC provides comprehensive wealth management services to their clients anchoring on financial planning and positioning themselves as a family office solution to their high-net worth clientele.
Kingfisher Capital was advised by InCap Group as financial advisor and investment banker, and Robinson Bradshaw as transaction counsel.
