Micross Acquires Semtech's High-Reliability Assemblies Business.

Florida, US-based microelectronic components provider Micross Components, Inc. has acquired the High-Reliability Discrete Diodes and Assemblies business of California-based semi-conductor supplier Semtech Corp. (NASDAQ: SMTC), the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The addition of the High-Reliability Discrete Diodes and Assemblies business will expand Micross' Hi-Rel Components Business.
