Middleby Acquires South Korean Slush Machine Maker Icetro.

Illinois, US-based The Middleby Corp. (NASDAQ: MIDD), operating in the foodservice industry, has acquired South Korean ice soft serve and slush machine maker Icetro, to expand beverage business in the food service industry, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With annual sales of approximately USD 40m, has US operations based in Anaheim, California.
