Mirantis Acquires amazee.io to Extend Capabilities in Cloud Services.

California-based cloud computing software and services company Mirantis has acquired Switzerland-based web hosting provider amazee.io, to extend capabilities in cloud services offerings, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
