Mirion Acquires Critical Infrastructure Business of Collins Aerospace to Expand Capabilities in Cybersecurity.

Georgia, US-based radiation monitoring company Mirion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: MIR) has acquired the Critical Infrastructure business of Texas and Pennsylvania-based Collins Aerospace (through ARINC Inc., a subsidiary of Collins Aerospace) to expand capabilities in software and cybersecurity, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The CI business will integrate under the Mirion brand as Secure Integrated Solutions.
