MLOGICA Names Chairman of the Board.

MLOGICA, a provider of Cloud Migration and Hyperscale Big Data Software and Services, has announced that the MLOGICA Board has unanimously elected Steve Capelli, Chief Revenue Officer of Blackberry, to the position of Chairman of the Board, the company said.
While at Blackberry, Capelli has also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer reporting to the Chairman and CEO. In addition to his roles, he also provides counsel and leadership on M&A activities, strategic direction, and corporate culture.
Capelli also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Bradmark Technologies, Inc., a software company specializing in database performance management. In addition he is currently serving on the public company Board of Rimini Street, a provider of third-party...
