My Code Acquires Majority Stake in Spanish Language News and Lifestyle Firm Impremedia.

California-based multicultural digital media platform My Code has completed its acquisition of a majority ownership interest in California-based Spanish language news and lifestyle company Impremedia to accelerate growth in Hispanic media and marketing, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With this acquisition, My Code becomes the owner of widely read Spanish-language daily newspapers and digital media outlets in the US, including La Opinion, a Spanish-language daily newspaper; El Diario, the oldest Spanish-speaking daily in the United States; La Raza in Chicago; and La Opinion de la BahÃ-a in San Francisco along with a portfolio of digital media outlets and lifestyle...
