News Murder trial mum says partner had beaten tragic son before his death

The pair are alleged to have killed Sebastian, who died on August 13 last year, after being subjected to months of abuse and "torture".
Sebastian was found at his home in Leeds Road, Huddersfield, with serious injuries.
Jurors at the Leeds Crown Court trial have been shown footage from a CCTV system - allegedly set up by the defendants - showing Sebastian being assaulted, stabbed with a hypodermic needle and forced to carry out exercises and chores in the lead up to his death.
Yesterday, as well as hearing details from Kalinowska's first and second interviews with police following her son's death last year, the jury were also shown the final moments of Sebastian's life, which were caught on the CCTV system before it was switched off.
The "harrowing" footage, showed him being assaulted by his stepfather, who after a time, was seen carrying his lifeless, naked body back into his room and carrying out chest compressions while Kalinowska watched.
Sebastian was pronounced dead at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary on the morning of August 13. That same morning, an entry on a timeline created by an analyst timed at 8.26am said: "Sebastian shows deep, rapid breathing, Latoszewski runs into the room naked and wet, grabs Sebastian and punches him three times to the arm. He pulls him up by his shorts and throws him on the bed. He then manoeuvres him so he is facing the door."
Sebastian was then seen leaving the room as Latoszewski closes the door behind him. It was the last time he was seen conscious on the footage.
The next entry showed Kalinowska in the living room eating breakfast, before then getting up and walking to the stairs.
The next clip - taken from Sebastian's bedroom - was timed at 8.48am and described as: "Andrezej Latoszewski entering Sebastian's room, laying a quilt out on the floor, Andrezej Latoszewski still laying Sebastian, who has wet hair, on the floor. Agniezska Kalinowska steps over Sebastian and points at him and Andrezej Latoszewski lays down and listens to his mouth. He then starts giving breath and chest compressions. Agniezska Kalinowska stands by with her hand on her hip pointing at Sebastian."
The entries carried on with a naked Latoszewski giving Sebastian chest compressions and mouth-to-mouth as Kalinowska watched on.
At 9.24am, an entry on the timeline described Latoszewski entering the room with a bottle...
