Nickel-cobalt producer Nickel 28 Capital Corp (TSXV:NKL) (FSE:3JC0) on Thursday reported a change in its financial year-end from 31 December to 31 January.
The company added that the change in financial year-end better aligns its financial reporting with its interest in the Ramu JV project as well as allowing time to prepare its audited financial statements, which is subject to receiving audited financial statements from the Ramu JV.
