NMi Acquires Chamois Metrology to Expand Metrology Testing Services.

Netherlands-based metrology testing and inspection services provider Netherlands Measurement Institute (NMi) has acquired UK-based calibration and measurement equipment distributor Chamois Metrology, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
NMi, a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Europe II, SCSp, is an independent specialist for legal metrology testing and inspection services in Europe.
