Octo Acquires B3 Group to Expand Modernization Offerings to Federal Health Markets.

US-based IT modernization provider Octo, serving the Federal government, has acquired Virginia-based digital transformation provider B3 Group, Inc., to expand Octo's modernization offerings to all three major federal health markets, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
B3 Group, Inc., which provides enterprise-level application modernization leveraging low-code/no-code software and platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, and ServiceNow; large-scale data governance, integration and analytics; and cloud engineering and operations to federal healthcare customers.
B3 has 13 years of experience partnering with the US Department of Veterans Affairs to improve patient experience and health outcomes for veterans.
