Oldcastle APG Acquires South Jersey Agriculture Products Recycling Operations to Expand Capabilities in Soil and Mulch.

Georgia, US-based building materials company Oldcastle APG has acquired the recycling and mulch operations of New Jersey based lawn and garden products manufacturer South Jersey Agriculture Products (SJAP), to expand manufacturing capabilities in the soil and mulch product categories, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
A long-time co-packing partner, SJAP fits into Oldcastle APG's existing portfolio.
