Ooma Acquires 2600Hz for USD 33m.

Communications applications provider Ooma, Inc. has acquired business communications provider 2600Hz, Inc., for approximately USD 33m in cash, the company said.
2600Hz is expected to add approximately USD 7m in annual recurring revenue to Ooma.
The purchase price was partially funded by a new USD 30m revolving line of credit facility with Citizens Bank, N.A.
The acquisition advances Ooma's integrated business service through the addition of Call Center, CPaaS and AI capabilities. It will also expand Ooma's customer base to include service providers and resellers...
