OpenGov Acquires Cartegraph to Expand Infrastructure Asset Management Solutions.

California-based cloud software provider OpenGov has acquired Iowa-based operations and asset management provider Cartegraph, serving public agency operations and infrastructure asset management, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

OpenGov expands its industry-leading government cloud solutions with the acquisition of Cartegraph, a provider of cloud software for public agency operations and infrastructure asset management.

Cartegraph has developed a suite of public agency operations and infrastructure management solutions, including asset and work management tools for public works, utilities, parks, and facilities teams.

By bringing together these solutions, OpenGov can more effectively serve the key strategic functions of governments.
