Orex to Acquire Valenciana Gold-Silver Project in Mexico from EEC.

Canada-based mineral exploration company Orex Minerals Inc. (TSX Venture: REX) (OTCQB: ORMNF) has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Mexican registered private company Exploraciones El Cairo S.R.L. de C.V. (EEC) to acquire 100% of the Valenciana Gold-Silver Project in Zacatecas State, Mexico, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Valenciana Property hosts high-grade epithermal gold and silver veins, with base metals of lead and zinc, in Cretaceous sedimentary units and Tertiary rhyolitic and monzonitic intrusive rocks. It is located on the Mesa Central within the Silver Trend of Mexico.
