Ottawa Police Service to Implement NICE Inform Elite to Capture Next Generation 911 Communications.

NICE (NASDAQ: NICE), an AI-powered self-service and agent-assisted CX software provider has been selected by the Ottawa Police Service (Ontario, Canada) to NICE Inform Elite in preparation for the impending rollout of Next Generation 911 (NG911) services across Canada, the company said.
In addition to capturing next-gen digital communications, NICE Inform Elite digitally transforms processes around reconstructing incidents and performing Quality Assurance reviews to improve emergency services and save time.
The NICE technology will be deployed at the Police Service's main communication centre and two additional sites.
