PAR Technology Acquires Menu Technologies to Expand its Unified Commerce Solutions.

New York-based restaurant technology company ParTech, Inc. has acquired Switzerland-based digital ordering company Menu Technologies AG, to expand unified commerce offerings, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Menu acquisition adds an online ordering component to PAR's suite of unified commerce solutions that maximise business performance for PAR customers, better positioning the organisation as one of the first unified commerce solutions for enterprise restaurants.
