Parentis Health Acquires Quality Life Homes to Expand Its Verona Court Residential Care Division.

US-based healthcare company Parentis Health, focusing on senior care, has acquired Quality Life Homes licensed residential home care facilities for elderly and memory-impaired individuals, the company said.

Terms were not disclosed.

The Quality Life facilities, all located in Laguna Niguel, will transition to the Verona Court brand, expanding Parentis Health's footprint.

Quality Life Homes was founded in 1991 by Tom and Dawn Sather and by 1999 expanded to five homes, each serving six residents.

The company was highly respected for its exceptional care and compassion for residents.

After Tom passed away in 2021, Dawn made the difficult decision to sell the company. She sought the best possible opportunities for employees and residents.

Tarek El Nabli founded Parentis Health with his wife Arda Kardjian in 2003 after years as an insurance and financial planning executive.
