Park Place Technologies Acquires Xuper to Strengthen IT Solutions Offerings in EMEA.

US-based data center and networking optimization firm Park Place Technologies has acquired UK-based IT solutions provider Xuper Ltd. to strengthen EMA presence and TPM reach, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Xuper was founded nearly 40 years ago, with entities in the UK, US, and Germany, and offerings that include: Third Party Maintenance and Professional Services.
Xuper's clients will benefit from Park Place's global access to parts and engineering expertise, as well as its full portfolio of IT Lifecycle offerings...
