PDI Acquires W.A. Bragg to Broaden Plumbing, Appliance, Lighting Offerings in Southeastern US.

Atlanta, US-based kitchen, bath and lighting products distribution company PDI has acquired Georgia-based W.A. Bragg and Co., a distributor of residential and commercial plumbing, electrical and irrigation supplies, to broaden offerings in the Southeast, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The purchase will accelerate PDI's efforts to increase service to existing clients, reach customers in new markets, and add new products to the current business model.
