He was due to appear at Bradford Magistrates' Court on 27 April, charged with 31 voyeurism offences, 32 computer misuse offences and three indecent images offences.
However, he failed to appear and a warrant was issued by a district judge for his arrest.
West Yorkshire Police have now located him on
Cape Verde.
