New York-based optical networking technologies provider Precision Optical Technologies, Inc. has acquired US-based fiber optic cabling components and systems provider Opticonx, to strengthen position in the optical networking market, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition of Opticonx reinforces Precision Optical's dedication toward supporting domestic manufacturing.
