Princeton Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: BPRN), the bank holding company for The Bank of Princeton, has said that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD0.30 per share on its common stock.

This dividend will be payable on November 30, 2023 to shareholders of record as of November 13, 2023.

'This dividend reflects the board of director's continuing commitment in providing a return to shareholders,' said Edward Dietzler, president and CEO.
