Consultation on the Affordable Housing and Housing Mix SPD was undertaken from 20th September to 1st November 2022. The SPD was modified to consider representations made, pursuant to section 23(1) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. These modifications are set out in the Consultation Statement which includes a summary of the main issues raised through the consultation process and how they have been addressed. The following planning application has been received which is a departure from the Development Plan 15. Erection of 2 storey, 5 classroom teaching block including toilet facilities and staff / store rooms at North Huddersfield Trust School, Woodhouse Hall Road, Fartown, Huddersfield. Application No. 2023/90509.

The following planning application has been received 16. Prior notification for proposed 5G telecoms installation: H3G 15m street pole and additional equipment cabinets at Huddersfield Road, New Mill, Holmfirth. Application No. 2023/90731.
