Qualus Acquires GridBright to Strengthen Position in Energy Transitions.

US-based power industry technology solutions firm Qualus Corp. has acquired California-based technology solutions firm GridBright, specialising in secure and sustainable grid integration, to expand services and differentiated market position, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

GridBright's software, systems integration, and advisory services are highly complementary to Qualus' planning, engineering, programme and construction management, and specialised field services, positioning the combined organisation to offer its clients comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

This acquisition further solidifies Qualus' position as a leading innovator at the forefront of the energy transition, with differentiated capabilities across grid modernisation, resiliency, security, and sustainability.
