Pennsylvania, US-based filtered water solutions provider Quench has acquired Texas-based point-of-use drinking water systems provider Crescent Hills Water Company, the company said.
Founded in 1999, Crescent Hills Water company adds significant density in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
Quench USA, Inc. offers bottle-free filtered drinking water solutions for consumers outside the home, through direct sales and independent dealers across North America.
The company's bottle-free water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers and coffee brewers, purify a user's existing water supply to provide filtered water to a mix of businesses, including government, education, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and other large commercial customers.
