Relation Insurance Acquires Summers Thompson Lowry to Expand Platform in North Carolina.

California-based insurance brokerage Relation Insurance Services has acquired North Carolina-based insurance brokerage Summers Thompson Lowry, Inc. to expand commercial risk management resources in North Carolina, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Summers Thompson Lowry will retain the Summers name and operate as Summers Insurance Group, a Relation company.
Relation Insurance Services is a privately owned insurance brokerage that offers property and casualty, risk management, employee benefits, and TPA-consulting services through its family of brands across the United States.
