Revelstoke's The Care Team Acquires Crossroads Hospice in Texas, USA.

US-based hospice and home health provider The Care Team, operating across Michigan, Pennsylvania and Texas, has completed the acquisition of Texas hospice provider Crossroads Hospice, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TCT is a portfolio company of Revelstoke Capital Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm. This transaction marks TCT's third acquisition since partnering with Revelstoke.

Select shareholders of Crossroads will continue in a management and advisory role with TCT.

Winston and Strawn LLP acted as legal counsel to The Care Team.

The Care Team offers a range of home care services including nursing services, therapy services and hospice care across Michigan's lower peninsula.

The company employs physical therapists, skilled nurses, medical social workers, home health aides, and occupational and speech therapists.
