Riskonnect Closes Acquisition of Sword GRC to Combine Risk Management Services for End-to-End Visibility.

Atlanta, US-based risk management solutions provider Riskonnect has closed the acquisition of UK-based risk management-focussed software company Sword GRC from Sword Group to bring all aspects of risk management under one roof, providing complete end-to-end visibility, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition drives both organisations' global growth objectives and enables Riskonnect to enter into new key vertical and geographic markets.
Sword GRC specialises in project and enterprise risk management solutions for the aerospace and defense, energy, financial services and government industries.
