Riveron Acquires US Consultancy Clermont Partners.

US-based alternative investment firm H.I.G. Capital portfolio company, business advisory firm Riveron Consulting, LLC has acquired US-based consultancy Clermont Partners, the firm said.
Clermont Partners specializes in environmental, social, and governance communications and strategy, investor relations, and transaction communications.
Founded in 2015 by industry veterans Elizabeth Saunders and Victoria Sivrais, Clermont has a team of 35 ESG and financial communications specialists in Chicago and Washington, DC.
The acquisition bolsters Riveron's critically important ESG offering with a robust suite of services to support clients at every stage of their sustainability journey.
