Que long temps devant le trespass, & ejectment suppose John Sidenham fuit aeise en fee, & done c a son puisne fits Alex. & ses heirs males de son corps, John le peir morust, Alexand. esteant seise, &c. 10 Nov. 5 E. 6. Demise c al G. Archer, & Maud sa feme pur lour vies, remainder al John le fits pur vie ove garranty v? touts homes, apres c Alexand. levy un fine al certain persons al use de John Taylor, & ses heirs per force de quel il fuit seise de remainder. John Taylor pur argent bargain, & vend e terre al J. Mallet, & ses heirs per force de quel il fuit seise del reversion, ils trove, q^ les tenants pur vie sont en vie, & % Mallet grant le reversion al Napper, a quel grant les tenants attourne, & Napper demise le terre al un Clark de q, les defendants claim pur 90 ans per force, de quel il fuit possess de son future interest, & apres c cestuy Clark grant son future interest al Nich. Clark, & Eliz. sa feme, le feme ore defendants. Et danc^ ils trovont, que Alex. Sidenham ad issue Jone (que marry ove Sir Robert Povise) & mort sans issue male, John Sidenham leigne fits morust sans issue, & le dit Joan I'fila de Alex, morust, & que Robert Poviae est sa fits, & heir, ils trovont le mort des touts tenants pur vie, & que Robert Povice enter & fuit seise, & issint seise fait un lease al plaintiff t^ enter, &c. Le case est tiel. John le peir ad deux fits John, & Alex. John le peir done terres al puisne fits, & a ses heirs males de son corps, & devy, le donee devise c terre a 3. pur vie Alex, le donee en tayl, & sa feme levy un fine al use del T. & ses heirs ove proclain, & garrant, Alex, ad un file Joan que marry Povice, & Alex, morust sana issue male, &c. apres les morts des tenants, pur vie Robert Povice le fits, & heir del Joan enter.
