Mes le attourney pur le plaintiff, ayant conisans de c plot ove un Cook, & auters de obteyner le clave del Treasury ove pretense de enter judgements, multo mane, & ayarit obteyn le clave quatre de eux alont ove lanthorne & chandle circa heure 11 en le nuict, & fill up les blank lines, & font le record perfect, & c esteanfc conus, il move 1$ Court pur le defendant, que le roll serra fait come fuit devant, & tout, ^ fuit ad p eux, d'estre mit hors. Et c depend un tot terme de Mich. & sextem temps argue al Barre, & divers livers fuer cite. Prirnierement, que le declaration esteant enter deux termes passe, riens en c poet estre amend. Secondement, que comment Tissue roll poet estre amend p 1'imparlance roll, mea en nul case 1'imparlance roll poet estre amend per le issue roll ; pur c, cl 1'imparlance roll est le roll del Court, & le ground de touts lour proceedings, & 1 issue roll est frame per c. Tiereement, q^ c fuit matter de substance, & per cest hors de touts les statutes del amendment. Quartiermenb, ceo fuit un chose, q^ duit estre supply per 1'instruction del party mesme, & ne fuit laches del dark. Quintement, quia fuit fait a tiel undue temps, & manner. Pur ceux reasons ils desire le roll d'estre fait come fuit, & que les feasors de cest serra punish. Et apreg grand examination (& de Brownlow Chief Prothonotary, que ad done satisfaction en cest ease fuit permit, coramentque fuit sans president) fuit argue per Henden, & Grew, Serjeants pur la plaintiff, q, I'amendment fuit bien fait.
