16 July 2013 - US consumer and commercial products marketer Newell Rubbermaid Inc (NYSE:NWL) said it had disposed of its Teach platform to California-based private equity firm Skyview Capital LLC, as part of efforts to simplify its portfolio.
The financial terms of the deal were not provided.
