Slack Acquires Business Director Startup Rimeto.

US-based business communications company Slack Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: WORK) has acquired California SaaS startup Rimeto, a corporate business directory, to strengthen employee ties to each other and to their work, the company said.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The proposed acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on Slack's results of operations or financial condition for the full year ending January 31, 2021.
