snelling v. flatman. (Reg. Lib. fol. 431.) a.d. 1631- A defendant against whom a supplicavit had issued, complaining the articles to ground it, were not sufficient, and producing a certificate of his good behaviour, the Court referred it to the two next justices of the peace in the neighbourhood, to enquire into it. A supplicavit against the defendant; he took exceptions to the articles as not being sufficient on which to ground a supplicavit, they being too general; and produced a certificate of his good behaviour : the plaintiff averred the contrary.
