Solid State Closes GBP 36m Acquisition of US Battery Pack Maker Custom Power.

UK-based computing, power and communications products maker Solid State (AIM: SOLI) has completed the acquisition of US-based battery systems and energy solutions provider Custom Power LLC., the company said.
Details of the GBP 36m (USD 43.4m) deal were announced on 12 July 2022.
Solid State plc is a value added electronics group supplying commercial, industrial and military markets with durable components, assemblies and manufactured units for use in specialist and harsh environments.
