Natural gas company Southwestern Energy Company (NYSE:SWN) on Thursday extended the expiry date of its tender offers to purchase for cash up to USD300m senior notes to 17:00 hours, New York City time, to 30 December 2021, subject to the terms and conditions.
The extended the cash tender offer is to purchase up to USD300m aggregate principal amount (the maximum tender amount) of its 4.95% senior notes due 2025 and its 7.75% senior notes due 2027 (the notes).
In addition, the terms and conditions of the company's tender offers otherwise remain unchanged.
As of 17:00 hours, New York City Time, on 29 December 2021, the company received USD401.55m aggregate principal amount of 2025 notes validly...
