SportsMed Physical Therapy Acquires Mountainside Wellness to Expand Presence in New Jersey.

US-based physical therapy services provider SportsMed Physical Therapy has acquired the two clinics comprising New Jersey based physical therapy and chiropractic services provider Mountainside Wellness, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition of the two clinics provides the company with two additional locations in complimentary geographic areas to SportsMed's existing 33 locations, and further supports the company's strategy to expand its footprint.
